At Metro South Gymnastics Academy, we believe summer is the perfect time to take gymnastics to the next level. That’s why we’re offering two exciting programs designed to help athletes stay active, build new skills, and continue their gymnastics journey in a fun, focused, and supportive environment. Whether your child wants extra time on specific events or is ready for more in-depth training, we have the perfect fit.


Summer Clinics

Ages 7+
Our Weekly Clinics give gymnasts the chance to focus on specific skills and events with targeted instruction. Each 90-minute clinic dives into a specialized area. These sessions are perfect for athletes looking to fine-tune their technique, overcome mental blocks, or simply get in some extra practice. Families can sign up for individual weeks or enroll in the full 6-week series!

Rec Gymnastics Training Camp
Mondays (Beginner) & Wednesdays (Intermediate/Advanced) |
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Ages 5-10
This brand-new, 2-hour specialty class is built for motivated gymnasts who want to keep growing this summer! Each session features skill-focused stations, strength and flexibility work, and personalized coaching in a fun and energetic environment. We offer two levels:

Beginner Training Camp (Mondays): For athletes who are new to gymnastics or developing foundational skills like cartwheels, roundoffs, walkovers, pullovers, and basic beam and vault work.

Intermediate/Advanced Training Camp (Wednesdays): For athletes with prior experience looking to level up with walkovers, handsprings, kips, and advanced progressions.
Snacks are provided during a short break mid-session. Join us weekly or make it a regular part of your summer training routine!
