Athletes are selected for the Metro South Gymnastics Academy Development Program (DP) through team tryouts and evaluations conducted by our coaching staff. Our DP teams represent MSGA at local, regional, and national invitational competitions, providing athletes with opportunities to challenge themselves and showcase their skills at a high level.
The Development Program is designed for athletes who are committed to pursuing excellence in gymnastics. Participation helps develop valuable life skills such as dedication, discipline, time management, perseverance, and goal setting—qualities that extend far beyond the gym.

The Girls Development Program is a year-round commitment that requires hard work, focus, and sacrifice from both athletes and their families. MSGA has earned a reputation as one of the premier Development Programs in the state and region, consistently producing strong competitive results and successful athletes.
